Martins has a disciplinary root in Surveying and Geo-infomatics and work in different Nigeria Government establishment were he participated in many Cadastral and Engineering Surveying projects.

- Producing survey and topographical maps for construction teams
- Participated in extension of tertiary controls in Ado Ekiti and leveling of Okitipupa-Igokoda road
